🐾 Please Note: The Garden is Not Enclosed. Our own sheep graze in the surrounding fields, and although they seem calm, they’re easily spooked. Even if a dog isn’t on the same side of the fence, just looking like it might chase can send them into flight mode — and sadly, that kind of stress can lead to serious harm.
Enclosing the area can also give a false sense of security, which sometimes leads (even unintentionally) to dogs being left unsupervised, causing things like digging, mess on the lawn, or disturbing wildlife.
That’s why we’ve chosen to keep the garden open, and kindly ask that dogs are kept under close control at all times. Thanks so much for understanding — it really helps us look after our sheep and the land. 🐑
🛍️ Mini Shop
Close to the office and recycling area, our mini honesty shop – “Owt Tha 4Got” – is stocked with everyday essentials and locally handcrafted items, perfect if you’ve forgotten something.
📸 Take a look at our Honey Pod gallery to see more of what’s waiting for you.
